Getting Healthy Vitamins In the past few months I have been reminded and advised of the importance of taking care of my body. Diet and exercise are important but also taking the proper vitamins/supplements which aid in giving your body the nutrition it does not get from food alone. For example, my Dr just informed me of a vitamin D deficiency. I let it lay by the way-side until I decided to do some research. For those of you who don't know, a vitamin D deficiency can come from a lack of contact with the sun, those who do not consume milk or those who follow a strict vegan diet.
