Taking Steps in the Right...Healthy Direction

Getting Healthy Vitamins In the past few months I have been reminded and advised of the importance of taking care of my body. Diet and exercise are important but also taking the proper vitamins/supplements which aid in giving your body the nutrition it does not get from food alone. For example, my Dr just informed me of a vitamin D deficiency. I let it lay by the way-side until I decided to do some research. For those of you who don't know, a vitamin D deficiency can come from a lack of contact with the sun, those who do not consume milk or those who follow a strict vegan diet. YUMMY IN MY TUMMY: Restaurant Review

Hello All: To be honest I try to stay away from publicly "shaming" a local place of business but this is one experience which I needed to share with YOU. Just to be nice, I will leave out the name of the restaurant. I know I said "restaurant review" which is not any good without the name of the place but I suppose this will be more of restaurant experience share. Now PLEASE read this with the understanding that I have worked in a restaurant before and I understand the challenge of having twenty things to do, hoards of hungry people demanding your attention, and only having two hands to carry and two feet to move about the place.
